FAY ROWE

I reside in Southwestern Ontario with my wife, May, and am a retired pastor and a jonny-come-lately aspiring writer who writes a weekly inspirational column in a small-town community newspaper (The Watford Guide-Advocate). I also write short fiction, short biography and Bible character sketches, and a little poetry; and I occasionally compose worship-praise songs.

In a former life I was a piano tuner-technician, and still enjoy hands-on music, playing piano, organ, and accordian (95% ear-playing), and still manage to pull off a tenor self-accompanied solo (well, some- o' -the-time). Much of that is now done in seniors' residences and 50+ gatherings.

My first book, Parables from the Pond, was a finalist in Word Alive Press' 2007 contest, and was published by them in 2008. It is being read by young and old and many folks in between.
